Even attempting to remember Krishna at Govardhan inspires the merciful Govardhan to fulfill our spiritual desire to serve Krishna.
Welcome to the Govardhan Retreat Center, located at the foot of the most sacred Govardhan Hill! We invite you to stay at the Retreat Center and experience our world-class hospitality as you immerse yourself in the sublime atmosphere of bhakti that Govardhan has to offer.
We accommodate groups and individuals for one day to one month. Discounts are available for both large bookings and extended stays.

The retreat center offers a wide range of accommodations to suit various needs, including hotel-style twin bed rooms, two-room suites, and six-bed dorms that can accommodate up to 260 people. Additionally, the center features three seminar rooms with capacities ranging from 40 to 150 people. For larger gatherings, a spacious kirtan & lecture hall is available that can host up to 800 guests, making it an ideal venue for conferences, workshops, and other events.

The Vrindavan Institute for Higher Education (VIHE) has been hosting retreats at Govardhan since 2001. What started as a small gathering grew over the years to 100s of attendees. The experiences were wonderful; they were full of spiritual enlivenment.
We used rented facilities for 20 years, but the primary presenters at the retreats— Sacinandnana Swami and Bhurijana dasa — came to realize that the experience could be enhanced by having a dedicated retreat center equip with everything to our liking.
